Parental Involvement

29 April 2017

“At the end of the day, the most overwhelming key to a child’s success is the positive involvement of parents.” – Jane D. Hull
Under the theme, “Where we are in Place and Time”, parents of KG3 learners were invited to spend precious time with their children in the classroom. They got closer to their kids while they were learning. During the visit, the classroom was full of laughter and wonderful moments while the students created with their parents funny houses in the art center. They also got introduced into their kids’ tensions, then they went through the inquiry process to find answers for these tensions, inquiring into different homes in different cultures using different resources, such as books and the internet.
We believe that the connection and interaction of parents in the learning of their children help in making it much easier. Connecting home and school makes us a great community of learners!
